摘要
在中国企业内部利益分配矛盾四起的今天,理顺分配关系、构建和谐企业已成为企业发展的当务之急。从分析我国企业内部利益分配机制的特殊性入手,剖析了利益分配不协调的原因,并以建立公平、公正的利益协调机制为目标,提出了我国建立和谐企业利益分配关系的对策和建议。
It becomes an urgent matter to straighten up the distributive relations and constrct a harmonious society in enterprises which meet contradictions in benefit distribution. This paper begins with the analysis of the particularity of benefit distribution mechanism in China's entecprises and the reasons for failure in coodination of benefit distribution. This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the establishment of a harmonious distributive relations to benefit in China's enterprises,which have an aim of a fair and imprtial benefit coodination Mechanism.
