摘要
我国工科大学生面向工程实际的训练不足,“业界教师”进入高校教学环节,作为高校重要的“智力资源”,能够克服现有教师工程背景和工程素质的缺乏,有利于工程应用型本科人才的培养。
The engineering students in our country are short of correspondent practical training, thus the professional teachars'entrance to the teaching process in universities is regarded as a significant intelligent resource which can not only overcome the insufficiency of present teachers'engineering background and engineering quality , but also help cultivate engineering applied undergraduate talents.
