摘要
金硅面垒半导体探测器多用于α粒子的探测,由它组成的α、β谱仪对环境温度的变化比较敏感,表现为α谱峰位的漂移,为了了解温度对金硅面垒半导体探测器的影响,对其进行了测试研究,以便提高系统的测量精度。
Gold-doped silicon detector generally used to deteetα particles, α and β energy spectrum system on the basis of gold-doped silicon detector is sensible to the change of environmental temperature. The energy spectrum system behaves peak shift with the temperature changes. We have done some experiments and tests on the gold-doped silicon detector in order to find the ways to solve the problem of peak shift.
