基于Chopping-Peaking开关组合的亚纳秒双极化器的PSPICE模拟

摘要 给出了单极脉冲经过Chopping-Peaking组合开关形成双极脉冲的原理,用PSPICE程序模拟计算了不同因素(入射单极脉冲上升时间及Chopping开关与Peaking开关特性等)对输出双极脉冲的影响,实验结果与模拟结果符合较好。 The operating principle of the Chopping-Peaking type bipolar pulse former is given in this paper. The effects of many factors such as raise time of input pulse voltage, chopping and peaking switch characters on output bipolar pulse voltage are simulated by using PSPICE program, experimental results fit well with the simulation results.
