摘要 提出了一种结构简单、工作可靠、测量精度高的控制棒位置探测器—多编码棒磁敏式控制棒位置探测器。对于实现N个测点的棒位探测器而言,它由一个开关组件与和一根芯棒组成。开关组件内设置了k个磁性开关并在同一平面上环向均布。非导磁芯棒四周镶嵌了k排永磁铁并按一定的规律布置。在芯棒随控制棒加长杆在开关组件中心孔内上下运动时,永磁铁经过磁性开关将使之闭合;反之,开关断开。通过拾取与磁性开关相串联的电阻上的输出信号并进行相应的处理即可判断控制棒的堆内位置。 A control-rod position detectorwith reed switches and coding-bars, which possesses a simple structure, reliable operation and high precision, is developed in this paper. For detecting N steps ot a control-rod position, the detector is composed of a reed switch assembly and a core which contains k arrayedcoding-bars. The switch assembly has k reed switches which are arranged on the same plane annularly averagelyand each bar is composed of severalperrnanent magnet portions which are inlaid regularlyon the surface of the core, As the control rod is withdrawn, the coding bars move in the center of the switch assembly, while the permanent magnet portionsmake the switches open and closeregularly. So the control rod position can be judged by picking up and processing the outputsof the resistancewhich is in series withthe reed switches.
