摘要 叙述了一种同时记录两路脉冲信号到达探测器时刻的时间序列采集器,可对脉冲信号进行时间测量。其时间精度从5ns^1ms可调,单路最高计数率可达105s-1。采集器主要使用可编程逻辑门阵列FPGA技术,通过USB接口将记录的时间数据送入计算机并保存。采集器记录时间范围大,分析时间范围广,具有数据处理灵活、可利用信息量大等优点,可组成多道时间分析系统,进行时间间隔测量。 The article describes a time sequence sampler to record the time of two-channel signals individually, which can be used in time measurement system. The resolution can be adjusted from 5 ns to Ires, and the max rate of single signal count can be up to 10^5 cps. The design uses Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) technique, and the data is transferred into computer using USB interface and then saved. The sampler can record for a long time and has a wide range of analysis time. The sampler can be assembled a set of time multi-channel system with others devices.
