早期大肠癌的结肠镜下高频电凝电切治疗

The High Frequency and Electronic Excision Cure for the Carcinoma of Large Intestine in Early Phase under the Colonscope

利用电子结肠镜检查发现早期大肠癌,行内镜下微创高频电凝电切或粘膜切除术,或外科根治术,切下标本全瘤送病理检查。术后定期随访,比较两组的疗效,探讨电子结肠镜下高频电凝电切治疗早期大肠癌的价值。结果表明,结肠镜下高频电凝电切及粘膜切除术治疗早期大肠癌疗效确切,与外科手术相比,既具有简便、损伤小、费用低、安全、微创等优点,又能达到与外科手术切除同样的效果。

We detect and discover the carcinoma of large intestine in early phase in use of colonscope, then we use the high frequency and electronic excision under the endoscope or use the mucous membrane excision under the endoscope or use the mucous membrane excision or the surgical radical operation to excise the whole turnout as specimen for pathological diagnosis. At last, we pay a visit to some patients regularly at random, and compare the curative effect of the two cures. The result shows that the curative effect of it is tangible. Compared with the surgical operation, it possesses not only the advantages of convenience, less scathing, less cost and safe, but also the same effect as the surgical excision.
