摘要
介绍了模具由于过载、磨损、疲劳、断裂等形式产生失效的机理,从模具材料、机加工、热处理等方面分析模具失效的原因,并提出预防失效的措施。
Introducing mechanism of mold invalidation causod by overloads, attrition, weariness, or break, this paper analyses the reasons for mould invalidity from the aspects of mould material, machining, and heat treatment and recommends the preventive measures.
