重油高温储存是储运系统节能的一个重点,2004年武汉石油化工厂在重油罐区先后实施了催化裂化油浆、减压渣油、常压渣油的高温储存。分析了武汉石油化工厂油浆高温储存的可行性,介绍了油浆高温储存技术实施情况以及改进措施。
The High-temperature storage of heavy oil is one of important operations in energy saving of oil storage system. In 2004, Wuhan Petrochemical Plant implemented the high-temperature storage of FCC slurry, vacuum residue and atmospheric residue in the heavy oil tank farm. The feasibility of high-temperature storage of oil slurry is analyzed, and the application of high-temperature storage technology and improvement measures are discussed.
