树脂吸附法生产高档低度白酒新技术 被引量:1

摘要 本文介绍TDX-2大孔吸附树脂有选择地吸附白酒中的三种高级脂肪酸乙酯,而不吸附或极少吸附其它溶质。将酒用泵打入吸附塔,除浊在瞬间完成,流出的酒根据不同生产需要加水降度,理化指标无大变化。新酒经树脂处理后可明显地改善质量,起到催陈作用,缩短陈化老熟期。该技术已在多家较大酒厂用于年产万吨粮食低度白酒生产,获显著经济效益。 The macroporous adsorbent resin optionally adsorbs ethyl high fatty acid in the white spirits, no or less adsorbs other soluts. White spirit is fed by the pump in adsorbent post. Eliminated turbidity is instant complete. White spirit of from adsorbent post flow, according to the different needs aid with water to decrease degree. The physico-chemical index are not great changed. The new spirit processed by macroporous adsorbent TDX-2 can obviously ameliorates the quality, that serves as not only in storage, but also shortens the store time, this industrial art has used to production of white spirit ten thousand ton in a year and has got significant economical efficiency.
