湘钢焦炭质量现状及其改善途径

Current Coke Quality and the Approach to Its Improvement in Xiangtan Iron and Steel Group Co.

针对湘钢焦炭质量的现状,分析了炼焦用煤、生产工艺过程控制等方面存在的问题,提出改善湘钢焦炭质量的主要途径:重新选定用煤基地,完善进厂煤的质量管理和检测,加强焦炉维护,采用炼焦配煤新技术等,以适应高炉生产的需求。

Based on the current coke quality status in Xiangtan Iron and Steel Group Co., the existing problems concerning coking coal and process control have been analyzed and a main approach to coke improvement is pointed out, i.e.： to select a new coal base, perfect the coal quality control and inspection system, strengthen coke oven maintenance, adopt new coking and blending technology so as to satisfy the needs of blast-furnaces.
