摘要
本试验选用96只1日龄AA肉公鸡,设6个重复,每个重复16只鸡,饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮,分别于1~3、4~5、7、10、14、21日龄收集粪样,用酸不溶灰分法测定营养素表观利用率。结果表明:0~3周龄肉仔鸡总能、粗蛋白质和总磷的表观利用率普遍随日龄的增加而增加,总能和粗蛋白质的表观利用率分别在14日龄和10日龄达到峰值,总磷的表观利用率在21日龄仍有增加的趋势。
A total of 96 one-day-old AA male broilers,which were randomly divided into 6 repetitions and 16 birds in each repetition,were selected to determine the effects of age on apparent availability of nutrients in broilers fed cornsoybean diet. Excreta were collected at 1~3,4~5,7,10,14,and 21 days old,and nutrient availability was determined by acid infusible ash. The results indicated that apparent availabilities of gross energy,crude protein and total phosphorus increased with age. Those of gnus energy and crude protein peaked at the age of 14 days and 10 days respectively. And apparent availability of total phosphorus increased with age throughout experiment period.
