磁流变阻尼器瞬态响应性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 基于平行板流体理论,研究了磁流变液在环型极板间的流体力学特性,建立了磁流变阻尼器响应时间与阻尼器结构参数、电路参数的关系。着重研究阻尼器结构参数、电路参数对磁流变阻尼器瞬态响应能力的影响,并预测了磁流变阻尼器流相转变的响应时间以及电路过渡时间。本文的结论对磁流变阻尼器结构设计以及性能评估具有重要的理论指导意义。 MR dampers have been used in vibration suppression, noise reducing, and great achievement has been obtained. But the behavior of MR dampers on transient response has not been reported by now. This paper mainly carries out a combined structural dimensions and electric parameters influence on the transient property of MR dampers. Based on parallel plate flow theory, this paper is focused on analyzing and investigating the mechanical behavior about the quasi-steady and transient flows of MR dampers. Results show that the rheological response time of MR dampers depends on the gap size and the property of MR fluids. The relationships between the gap size and the rheological time have been given in paper. In addition, the response time considering resistance and inductance of exciting circuit influenced on the transient time of MR dampers have been discussed also. The conclusion suggested in this paper can also be utilized for the design of MR dampers.
