We should follow the public benefits principle, and always represent the basic interests of most people. We must set our foot on the reality of our nation and persist in seeking facts through reality. We must insist on the basic way and strategy of ruling according to law, pay more attention to establishing law and regulations, and increase people＇s law consciousness.
