农民增收:农村基层组织建设的思考

基层组织在人类历史发展具有极其重要的意义。农民增收缓慢成为我国农业发展新阶段面临的核心问题,而入世后使这个问题更加突出。笔者针对目前农村基层组织建设现状进行剖析,并寻求解决问题的方法。

The basic - level organization has the extremely vital significance in the development of human history. In our country, the rural basic - level drganization is referred to the villager committee. How to increade formers＇ income becomes our country agriculture development＇s core question which the new stage faces, and it is more prominent after China＇s entry into WTO. The author, from view of the present rural basic - level organization construction, presents the answer to the question after analysis of the current situation.
