毕节市土地利用总体规划修编问题的思考

On the revision of the land use overall planning of Bijie

毕节市新一轮的土地利用总体规划修编工作即将展开,目前的社会经济发展形势与上一轮土地利用总体规划时的背景发生了很大变化,因此土地利用总体规划修编的战略思路和方法途径也应作相应调整。在简要剖析了毕节市上一轮土地利用总体规划特点的基础上,对即将开始的新一轮土地利用总体规划修编从战略思路、修编路线与方法、贯彻落实等方面提出了意见和建议。

The new turn of revising land use overall planning of Bijie city is to begin. As the present social economy development situation has changed, the strategic mentality and the methods of revising land use overall planning should make the corresponding adjustment. In this paper, the author briefly analyses the former Bijie land use plan and gives some eomments and suggestions to the new one.
