腰椎间盘突出症治疗方法与腰椎生理曲度变化的相关性研究

A STUDY ON THE RELATION BETWEEN TREATMENT METHODS OF LUMBAR INTERVERTEBRAL DISK HERNIA AND PHYSIOLOGICAL CURVATURE CHANGES OF THE LUMBAR SPINE

为研究腰椎间盘突出症治疗方法及治疗效果与腰椎生理曲度的关系。采用Seze方法测量大推拿手法复位及常规手法加腰牵方法治疗前后患者腰椎生理曲度(腰椎弓顶距离)的变化并对疗效进行对比观察。结果显示治疗后两组腰椎生理曲度及疗效比较有极显著差异(P<0.01)。表明腰椎间盘突出症与腰椎生理曲度改变呈负相关,而腰椎生理曲度改变与疗效呈正相关。

The objective of the paper is to study the relation between the treatment methods and results of lumbar intervertebral disk hernia(LIDH) and the physiological curvature of the lumbar spine.The lumbar physiological-curvature(the distances from the lumbar vertebra to the arch vertex) changes were measured by Seze's method on LIDH cases before and after the treatment by great massage manipulative reduction and by conventional manipulations plus lumbar traction,and the therapeutic effects of the two methods were observed and compared.The results showed that the lumbar physiological curvatures and the therapeutic effects after the treatment by the two methods were very different(P < 0.01),suggesting that LIDH is negatively correlated to the lumbar physiological curvature.
