摘要
在深入分析钛合金材料特性及切削性能的基础上,针对钛合金锪钻在锪制过程中存在的典型问题提出了相应的改进和优化设计方案,验证试验证明可大幅度提高国家某重点工程用钛合金零件的加工效率。同时,为其他钛合金加工刀具的研究和设计提供了重要的理论基础。
After an in - depth study on material characteristic and cutting capability of titanium alloy. Some improvements and optimization methods are suggested to solve the typical problems of titanium alloys countersink, which have been proved by some validation tests great contributing to the machining efficiency of a kind of titanium alloy component in a certain national key project and provided basic theories for the research and design of other titanium alloys cutting tools.
