Photocurrent Spectroscopy of Oxide Film on Metals

摘要 综述了光电流谱技术应用于金属氧化膜研究时的原理、实验技术及在测定金属氧化膜电子性质、晶体结构和微区行为中的应用。 The application of photocurrent spectroscopy as a means to study thin oxide film on metals is reviewed. A description of the theoretical background and the experimental techniques is given.
