摘要 为了搞清船闸运转件材料的表面状态、磨损性能与润滑之间的关系,采用模拟磨损实验的方法,找到提高运转件材料磨损性能的途径。实验结果表明:对船闸摩擦副材料及硬度值进行合理的匹配,提高船闸运转件摩擦副零件的加工精度及表面粗糙度,以及运用正确的润滑方式对摩擦副进行润滑,能显著提高零件的耐磨性能,较大地延长了船闸运转件的使用寿命。 For the purpose of finding the relationship between the surface status, abrasion performance and lubrication of the materials for moving parts of shiplock, a method has been found to augment the abrasion performance of the materials for moving parts through an experiment of simulated abrasion. The experimental result shows that it can improve significantly the abrasive resistance and increase the service life of the moving parts of shiplock by optimizing the match of supportive materials for abrasion and the value of their hardness, improving the precision and roughness of abrasive parts in the process of production, and applying correct lubrication method to the abrasive parts.
