摘要
在施工期或施工完建期坞式船闸底板容易开裂且裂缝分布具有一定的规律。针对这一现象采用有限元仿真模拟方法进行分析,认为混凝土水化热温升导致的温度应力是引起底板开裂的重要原因,并指出要注意混凝土温度应力的控制。株洲航电枢纽船闸的工程实践表明分析及建议是合理的。
Cracks are easy to form and distribute regularly on the floor of castle ship lock during the construction or completion period. The phenomenon is discussed and considered to be related to the thermal stress due to the hydration heat based on the simulation of the thermal stress field by FEM. Therefore, attention shall be paid to the control of the thermal stress, The conclusion has been proved reasonable by the engineering practice of Zhuzhou navigation power junction ship lock.
