摘要本文以紫外分光光度法为基础,对聚丙烯酰胺和部分水解聚丙烯酰胺中游离丙烯酰胺的测定方法进行了闸述,并将此与经典的滴定法进行了比较。Aacrylamic cantained in polyacrylamidand part hydrolyamid was determined by two method.
