舰船电气火灾用新型消烟剂的研制

摘要 针对舰船发生电气火灾时产生的大量有毒烟雾,研制成功一种水基消烟剂。该消烟剂通过细水雾发生装置喷向火灾现场的烟气中,根据润湿、凝并、粘结等物理作用以及化学反应沉降烟尘、去除有毒气体,达到快速消烟目的。平均降尘效率高达85%,去毒效果显著。消烟剂对消烟范围内的电气设备不会造成再次短路,对仪器设备无腐蚀,沉降物容易清除。 A kind of water-based smoke eliminating agent has been developed for electric fire. The smoke eliminating agent should be sprayed to smoke in mists by mechanism of wetting, coagulating, felting and smoke-miasma-soot dispelling physically and chemically with the efficiency of more than 85%. Besides this, the smoke eliminating agent is nonpoisonous and noncorrosive, thus no harm to electric equipments, no danger of the twice short circuit in the sphere influenced by the agent, and the fire spot can be easily cleared.
