液压缸模型对机械与液压耦合仿真的影响

摘要 以挖掘装载机的装载工作装置的特殊八杆机构为例,建立了多体机械系统模型和液压系统模型,其中液压缸模型分别采用刚液耦合体和弹液耦合体建模。着重分析了2种液压缸模型对于机械与液压耦合仿真的影响,并分析了液压油的体积弹性模量对斗尖轨迹的影响。 Taking 8 - member mechanism of a backhoe loader as an example, mechanical multi - body system and bydraulic system are modeled. The models ot" hydraulic cylinders are built as rigid - liquid and flexible - liquid coupling systems respectively. The influences of these two kinds of models on simulation of coupled mechanical and hydraulic system is discussed, as well as how volume modulus affects track of bucket tip.
