摘要
为了提高塔式起重机钢结构的使用寿命,以Q235碳钢为例对其表面采用无氨、无氰溶液镀锌以及钝化处理。并对镀锌试样在中性盐雾以及有机物质气氛下详细地进行了耐腐性能研究。结果表明有机物质气氛是造成碳钢制品腐蚀的主要原因,而无氨、无氰溶液进行镀锌不仅具有良好的电化学保护作用和装饰性,还能在很大程度上解决碳钢表面的电化学腐蚀问题。
In order to enhance service lives of tower crane steel structure, the steel structure (for example Q235 carton steel) is galvanized by adoption of solution without ammonia or cyanogens and passivation disposal is carried out on the surface of galvanization layer. And the corrosion resistance capability of the galvanized samples and Q235 carton steel that is no galvanized is studied respectively in fog from evaporation of neutral salt and in organic compound atmosphere. The results indicate that the organic compound atmosphere is the main culprit of corrosion of carton steel product, and the galvanization by adoption of solution without ammonia or cyanogens can not only have the action of electrochemical protection and decoration but also the capabihty of solving electrochemical corrosion problem with the surface of carton steel well.
