水分胁迫对迷迭香中游离氨基酸的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用AccQ-Tag法测定水分胁迫下迷迭香中氨基酸的组成和含量,结果表明,水分胁迫导致迷迭香中游离氨基酸的含量显著增加,其中丝氨酸、脯氨酸起主导作用,天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、蛋氨酸含量变化显著。同时还讨论了水分胁迫对迷迭香中游离氨基酸组成的影响,以及迷迭香游离氨基酸组成对逆境适应的特点。 The composition and content of amino acids in Rosemarinus o fficinalis under water stress were determined by the method of AccQ-Tag. Results showed that the contents of free amino acids significantly increase under water stress conditions, of which sefine and proline play leading roles and contents of aspartic acid, glutamic acid and methionine chang obviously. Furthermore, the effect of water stress on free amino acid composition and the specific characteristic of free amino acid composition for Rosemarinus officinalis in response to the adverse environment are discussed.
