摘要
对自行设计的固定式饲草压捆机的饲草喂入机构进行运动分析,建立了其位置运动方程,给出了输送叉处于压缩室外,不与压缩活塞运动相干涉的运动方程应满足的条件。并根据微分定义,考虑到实际制造安装误差,结合区间分析法,建立了关于饲草喂入机构位置运动精度的方程并进行了仿真,为今后优化系统设计提供了理论依据。
The kinematical characteristics of the forage transfer mechanism of a self-designed hay baler were analysed, and a position kinematical equation was set up. The qualification satisfied the kinematical equation for the forage transfer yoke without movement interference with the compressing piston is given. According to the definition of differential coefficient, a motion precision equation for the forage transfer mechanism is developed and simulated with the interval analysis method, which will provide a theoretical basis for the optimization design of hay balers.
