摘要 在风沙两相流图像特征的基础上,提出了一种基于模式识别动态聚类方法中K-均值算法的数字面具 (Digital Mask)自动生成算法来求解风沙两相流动.简化了传统生成Digital Mask过程中手动设置参数的操作,减少了人为误差,为批量处理风沙两相流PIV图像提供了一种安全快捷的方法.并将该算法应用于风沙两相流的PIV实际测量,分别得到了不同流动状态下的气流、沙粒以及风沙气固两相流的速度场. On the basis of characteristics of wind-sand two-phase flow CCD images, an auto generated Digital Mask algorithm based on K-mean value algorithm of pattern recognition's dynamic clustering method is proposed to solve the wind-sand two-phase flow. This algorithm simplifies the manual setting operation of parameters in the process of the traditional generation of Digital Mask, reduces the man-made error, and provides a safe and fast method to process two-phase PIV images in batch. Finally, this algorithm is applied to real measurements of wind-sand two-phase flow. After computation, the flow fields of the phase of the wind, the phase of the sand and the two-phase of the wind-sand of different flow types are obtained.
