摘要 用光电化学技术测量了钛基钝化膜在自然腐蚀和阳极极化条件下补F^-破坏所导致的光电流变化。同时还用电化学方法测量了钛基的阳极溶解电流,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了钛膜的形貎,以分析光电化学法的测量结果。结果表明,光电流的特征变化反映出了钝化膜从孔蚀发生到发展直到全部被破坏的表面变化全过程。 Photocurrent change of passive film on Ti during damaging process in the solution containing Fwas measured by using photoelectrrochemical technique (PET) under the conditions of natural corrosion and anedic polarization. In order to analyse the results measured by PET,anedic current was measured by electrochemical methode and the passive film surface was observed by SEM. The results show that the characteristics of the changing of photocurrent describe the changing process of surface state from initiation of pitting to development of damaging untill breakdown of the whole passive film.
