摘要
在分析经济管理类牛业生就业压力和职场变化的基础上，论述通过加强实践教学环节，提高学生在经济管理领域的应用技术水平和实际操作能力，以利于牛业生的就业和工作。
On the basis of analysis on the employment pressure and the career variation of economics ＆ management graduate student, we argue that the university should strengthen the practice teaching of economics ＆ management specialty, so that student＇ s level of employing techniques and actual operational capability can get raising, and graduate can get much opportunity of employment.
