摘要
分析了取消纺织品配额后,纺织企业面临的人才需求结构的重大变化。面对纺织人才供不应求的局面和后配额时代全球化的竞争,纺织企业应该实施人才开发策略,建立系统性人力开发资源体系,以提高我国纺织业在国际上的竞争力。
In this paper are analyzed the significant changes in personnel demand structure that textile enterprises face with after quota removal. Given the situation that textile personnel supply can not meet the demand as well as globalized competition in post-quota era, Chinese textile enterprises should focus on the personnel development strategy and establish systematic human resource development setup to enhance their international competitiveness.
