摘要
叙述了降低纱线或棉结的主要措施,主要包括:清梳联吸风系统达到规定负压要求,各部件速度配置适当,配棉要控制好合适的马克隆值和纤维支数,由此可使C18.4tex针织纱棉结达到Uster公报25%以上的水平。
In this paper major measures are given to reduce neps inside C18.4 tex knitting yarn including： suction system of the blowing-carding unit should meet the regulated negative pressure, speeds of the unit parts should be well matched and the Micronair value as well as fiber count should also be well controlled in cotton matching. All these lead neps inside C18.4 tex knitting yam to over 25 % level of Uster report.
