竹棉混纺纱工艺探讨

Research on spinning process of bamboo pulp fiber/cotton blended yarn

本文分析了竹浆纤维的基本性能,探索了竹浆纤维与棉纤维进行混纺的纺纱工艺,认为可参考采用粘胶纤维的纺纱工艺,且因竹浆纤维湿强较低,应严格控制温湿度;梳棉工艺应强化转移,采用较高的刺辊转速和较大的隔距。

In this paper are analyzed the basic spinning performances of bamboo pulp fiber and researched the spinning processes of bamboo pulp fiber/cotton blended yam, which can be done by use of viscose staple fiber spinnning process. Because of bamboo pulp fibers low wet strength, tempereture in spinning process should be strictly controlled and intensive transferring should be employed in carding process by use of higher taker-in speed and larger gauge.
