摘要 红外体温计采用红外温度传感器实现测量体温计方法,利用GE公司的红外热电堆温度传感器ZTP135S-R实现对温度信号的非接触测量。微弱的电压信号放大采用低失调、低漂移的精密运算放大器OP07实现两级放大。模数转换用自带ADC的8位单片机mega16实现。从硬件技术和软件方法上详细阐述了该仪器的实现手段。系统具有高温报警和长时间无操作自动关机的功能,具有智能化的特点。 Infrared thermometer used a method to design the thermometer by use infrared temperature sensor. The infrared thermopile temperature sensor ZTP135S-R produced by GE CO achieves the untouched measuring of body temperature. The weak electric voltage signal is enlarged twice by the extremely low offset voltage,low drift ,high precision op amp OP07. A/D is realized by 8 bits MCU mega16, which has ADC function. The MCU also controls the system and do the temperature compensation by software. It explains the realization of the instrument from the two aspects-hardware techniques and software methods. The system has functions such as fever alarm and auto-power off if there is no operation for long time, the design has intellectualized feature.
