摘要
本系统的核心是非分散红外光度法的测油仪。利用此仪器,可以检测出水中矿物油和动植物油的污染物含量。具有较高的灵敏度和稳定性并且体积小适于野外使用。使用专用滤光片。系统由单片机控制,最终把对红外光的吸收转化为油的浓度。光源结构的设计对整机的性能影响很大。在光源系统中采用球面聚光镜和平面反射镜,可大幅提高光源的利用率。采用单片机系统操作软件。特点为:1)实时多任务控制。2)用户的在线引导、帮助和纠错能力。3)
The core of this system is Petroleum Determination Instrument by non-Disperse Infrared spectrophotometry. Relying on thisinstrument, we can measure the content of pollutant of mineral oil and vegetable oil in water. It is small and has higher sensitivty and stability and suitable for using open-air. Adopt special interference filter. The system is controlled by singlechip and turned theabsorption of the infrared into the oil concentration finally. The design of structure of light source had a tremendous influence to the performance of the whole machine. Adopting spherical mirror and plane mirror can notablely improve the utilization of the lightsource in the system of light source. Adopting operating software of singleehip system. The characteristic is- 1) control of real time and multitask. 2) ability of users' guide online, help and error-correcting. 3) abundant database and system intelligence.
