摘要
文章讨论了在JIT采购模式下的后JIT时代,对由供需双方组成的多源点单汇点,且需求随机的物流网络在设计和运行阶段所面对问题的特性,并依据实践中的作业特点和固定划分策略,针对这两个决策层面分别设计了战术层和作业层优化模型,最后给出了算法框架。
The paper discussed about two kinds of logistics issues in the JIT purchasing, which was a tactical problem and an operational problem. Assuming a purchasing logistics network with many originals and single destination, and with stochastic demands, by means of the Fixed-Partition Policies, the authors designed the optimization model for each of them, and finally a framework of the heuristic algorithm for them was established.
