摘要
目前航空公司收益管理只考虑座位和价格两个因素,并没有完全将旅客因素考虑到成本收益当中。针对这一问题,本文通过对旅客路线选择的研究,确定了旅客选择航班的转移概率,提出了重新捕获溢出旅客,建立航空旅客成本收益最大化的模型,即一个部分优化的Recaptured旅客成本模型。同时,将拒绝登机的旅客(De niedBoarding)考虑到模型中,再次构造了改进的部分优化旅客成本模型。该模型较以往航空公司评估旅客成本模型比较,具有更好的实用性,且可为航空公司评估旅客收益管理提供一种方便高效的分析方法。
At present only price and seat are considered for the domestic airline revenue management, and no passenger factors are taken into account in the management. Aiming at the problem, this paper conducts the research of the itinerary selection process to determine the probability of passengers fleet selection and the transition probability. The authors construct a partial optimized recaptured passenger cost model, which considers the cost of recapture passengers. Moreover with DB passengers considered in the model, an improving partial optimized recaptured passenger cost model is developed. This model has better usability comparing with the former airline passenger cost model, which provides a convenient analysis method for airline passenger revenue management.
