复杂壳体塑件的成型优化设计

摘要 利用最优化理论并结合CAE技术,在保证复杂塑料制件水力学性能不变的前提下对其结构进行改进,对现有塑料制件的壁厚进行优化设计,减小制件的体积以节省原料。用ANSYS软件和Mold flow注塑分析软件对优化后的模型进行受力分析和充模流动分析,结果表明优化后的制品满足使用条件和成型工艺条件,材料节省近23%。 This paper focuses on the research of optimizing the structure of the complex plastic articles to reduce its volume using optimization theory and CAE. The load-carrying analysis and filling analysis of the optimized model are conducted by ANSYS and Mold Flow. The results obtained show that the optimized product can meet the requests of the mechanical behaviors and the molding process conditions. As a result, the volume of the product is reduced, which reduces the material nearly by 23%. It is of great practical value to put the results into use.
