摘要
针对高压叶片泵在预升压过程中工作腔机械闭死压缩,排油区的油液通过减振阻尼的回冲过程改变了泵瞬时流量的波形,增大了流量脉动等问题,文章作者以VQ35泵为例,对高压叶片泵瞬时流量进行了仿真分析,得出了影响高压叶片泵瞬时流量脉动的主要因素是泵的工作压力和工作介质的体积弹性模量。
Aiming at the problem that the process of backfilling through silencing grooves on bushing is the main influential factors of discharge flow ripple,which will create the worse condition in high-pressure vane pumps. The example for VQ35 pump and the simulation of discharge flow in high pressure Vane within vane pump are conducted. The results obtained show that the main affecting factors of discharge flow are pressure of pump and the bulk modulus of fluid in high pressure vane pump.
