摘要 介绍了MVS2020型高频振网筛在板石矿业公司选矿厂工艺流程中的应用及其效果。应用结果表明,平均筛分效率提高了23.06个百分点,系列台时处理能力提高了4.07 t,铁精矿品位提高了0.41个百分点,筛网使用寿命在20 d以上,选厂年创经济效益达326.15万元。 The application and its effect of MVS 2020 high frequency vibrating screen in the technological process of Banshi Concentrator are described. The results indicated that the average screening efficiency was improved by 23.06 percentage points, the series'unit throughput by 4.07t/h and the concentrate grade by 0.41percentage points, and the service life of the mesh screen was over 20 days, bringing an annual economic benefit of 3. 2615million yun for the concentrator.
