摘要
介绍了一套基于能量色散X射线荧光分析方法(EDXRF)的矿浆品位在线分析系统,该分析系统能对铁精矿磁选子系统的矿浆品位进行在线分析。经过现场初步应用和性能评价,该系统能够满足实际生产需要,完成选矿过程的连续在线分析,及时地指导生产,同时为高性能在线分析系统的国产化奠定了基础。
A pulp grade on-line analysis system based on energy distribution X-ray fluorenseenee analysis method （EDXRF） is presented. It can be used for on-line analysis of the iron concentrate pulp grade of magnetic separation subsystems. The evaluation of its preliminary on-site application and performances indicates that this system can meet the requirements of the real production to carry out the continuous on-line analysis of the beneficiation process so as to guide timely the production,laying a foundation for the domestication of high performance on-line analysis system.
