东鞍山烧结厂选矿污水净化研究

Investigation on Purification of Sewage from Mineral Processing in Donganshan Sintering Plant

介绍了东鞍山烧结厂精、中、尾矿溢流水采用GFN-4型高效复合净水剂和聚合硫酸铁进行净化对比试验及净化污水用于反浮选作业的结果。试验研究表明,GFN-4型高效复合净水剂比聚合硫酸铁具有更好的净化效果,GFN-4型高效复合净水剂净化后的水质对反浮选作业没有影响,并具有较好的经济效益。

Comparison tests were made between adopting GFN -4 high efficiency compound water purifier and adopting polymer ferric sulfate to purify the overflow water of concentrate, middling and tailings of Donganshan Sintering Plant.Investigation was also made on the application of the purified water in reverse flotation. The tests show that GFN - 4 high efficiency compound water purifier has better purification effect than polymer ferric sulfate and the quality of the water purified by GFN -4 purifier has no effect on the reverse flotation but has good economic effect.
