摘要
目的总结异丙嗪的不良反应,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法收集1995～2005年国内文献报道的156例异丙嗪不良反应,并进行统计分析。结果156例不良反应按临床分型主要有过敏反应20例,神经系统反应103例,心血管系统反应12例,其他反应21例。结论合理使用异丙嗪,注意防治不良反应。
Objective To investigate the ADR of Promethazine,thus to provide date for clinical medicine and to guide the rational use of drugs. Method 156 ADR cases of Promethazine reported in demestic literatures issued from 1995-2005 were collected and satistically analyzed.Result The various clinical manifestations of 156 ADR cases were involved,Allergic reaction （20）,Nervous system reaction （103）,Cardiovascular system reaction （12）,the other reactions（21）.Conclusion We should use Promethazine rationally and pay attention to the prevention and cure of ADR.
