摘要
目的了解2004年宁夏回族自治区药品不良反应的发生情况。方法应用Excel电子表格和因果关系评价方法对宁夏药品不良反应监测中心2004年收集的463份报告表进行统计分析和评价。结果463份报告表中,肯定25例、很可能272例、可能162例、可能无关4例;抗微生物药物和中药注射剂引起的药品不良反应最多。结论积极开展药品不良反应监测工作,避免药品不良反应的重复发生,保障公众安全合理用药。
Objective To investigate the occurrence and distribution of adverse drug reaction（ADR.） during 2004 in Ningxia Autonomous Region.Method In virtue of Excel spreadsheet and causality assessment,463 ADR. cases collected by Ningxia Center for ADR. Monitoring of 2004 were analyzed. Result Evaluation of 436 ADR. cases.＂Definite＂cases （25）,＂Probable＂cases （272）,＂Possible＂ cases （162）, ＂Impossible＂ cases （4）; ADR. appeared mostly in Anfimicrobial drugs and Chinese traditional medicine injection. Conclusion We should improve ADR monitoring in order to avoid the occurrence of ADR again and assure the safety and health for the people.
