摘要
医疗机构分类管理的初衷是促进营利性医院与非营利性医院的有序竞争。但实施分类管理后,在我国医疗机构中非营利性医院仍占主导地位,其他医疗机构无论从规模、实力还是医疗服务水平上都难以与之抗衡。本文通过对医院分类管理改革现状及其原因分析,提出了医院分类管理改革的建议与对策。
The original intention of the classified management of medical institutions is to boost the regular competitions between the for-profit hospitals and non-profit ones. But after the implementing classified management,the public medical institutions in China are still in the highest flight, and the other kind of hospitals can＇t contrast with them, in the aspects of scale, strength, or medical service level, The author of this paper put forward some suggestions and tactics as to how to accelerate the innovation of public hospitals by analyzing the innovation status and reasons of the hospital classified management.
