植入式心律转复除颤患者的护理及随访

NURSING AND INVESTIGATION OF THE PATIENTS HAVING IMPLANTABLE CARDIOVERTER DEFIBRILLATOR(ICD)

目的 总结植入式心律转复除颤器（ICD）安置术的护理。方法 2001年7月～2004年6月给予13例ICD患者进行了护理及随访。结果 术后有2例患者出现心律失常“风暴”，经处理后未再出现心室颤动。随访患者1～4年，均存活，未发生晕厥等并发症。结论 术前重视惠者的心理护理，术后密切观察病情，积极预防心律失常“风暴”，并做好ICD健康教育，是ICD手术成功的重要护理措施。

Objective Summarize the nursing requests of the planting operation of implantate ICD and the postoperative investigation. Methods Nurse and investigate 13 ICD patients from July 2001 to June 2004. Results Two patients＇ heart rhythms were out of gear after operation. All of the patients have been alive since they were investigated one to four years ago. The ＂storm＂ of intercurrent diseases such as swoon and so on hasn＇t happened. Conclusion To attach importance to the patient＇s mental nursing before operation, to pay close attention to the patient＇s condition after operation, to keep preventing the ＂storm＂ of intereurrent diseases and pay more attention to the health education of ICD are the important nursing measures of ICD operation achieving success.
