摘要
目的运用护理满意度调查手段,探讨其对健康教育的影响。方法以随机抽查方式每季度对病人进行问卷调查,并将结果归纳、分析,然后制定出相应的整改措施。结果通过4年实践,2005年护理服务满意度综合指标比2002年增长了2个百分点,健康教育综合指标增长了近15个百分点。结论护理服务满意度调查对落实健康教育有重要的促进作用。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing service satisfactory rate investigation on health education. Methods All patients were randomly filled out the questionnaire kindly, and then the data was sorted and analyzed. Results The index of satisfaction in service increased 2 percent in 2005 than that in 2002, while the index of health education rose approximate 15 percent. Conclusion The questionnaire of nursing service satisfaction can positively promote the effect of health education.
