珍稀濒危植物香果树种子萌发特性研究 被引量:30

摘要 本文对珍稀濒危植物香果树进行了种子生物学特性的初步研究,探讨不同光照条件(光照与黑暗)、不同温度(15、20、25、30℃)以及不同浓度赤霉素(0、0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0 mg/L)处理对香果树种子萌发的影响。结果表明,干藏和湿藏种子在光照不同温度培养,两种处理的种子在20℃条件下的发芽率与发芽势最高,而简化活力指数和I值在25℃培养条件下值最大;干藏种子暗培养条件下各项指标较低;湿藏种子暗培养20℃的条件下,发芽率与发芽势均达到最高,简化活力指数与I值在25℃值较大。 The best condition of the endangered plant Emmenopterys henryi Oliv seeds germination were conducted in this paper. The influence of temperature and light treatments including constant temperatures ( 15, 20, 25, 30 ℃ ), with or without 12 h light and the treatment of different concentration of GA3 (0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0,4.0 mg/L) to the seed germination has been studied. The results has been showed as following: The seed germination percentage and germination energy of dry seed and wet seed get the most value at 20 ℃ and the best condition of the index energy and the value of I are at 25 ℃ in the light; but every index of the seed germination of dry seed are very low at ever temperatures in the dark. The seed germination percentage and germination energy of wet seed get the most value at 20 ℃ and the best condition of the index energy and the value of I are at 25 ℃ in the dark.
