摘要
采用本化学氧化工艺可以在铝合金(Ly11、Ly12)上获得无色导电氧化膜。讨论了氧化溶液组成和操作条件对氧化膜耐蚀性和接触电阻的影响。本工艺氧化膜耐蚀性大大超过HB5060—77标准要求,按美国AMS2474B标准测定,接触电阻小于8μ/mm2。
Colourless and conductive oxide film is obtained on aluminium allay such as Ly11,Ly12 by chemical oxidation. Influences of solution component concentrations and working conditions on corrosion resistance and contact resistance of the film obtained are discussed.Corrosion resistance of the film is higher than the criterion specified in HB5060-77. Contact resistance determined according to AMS 2474B is less than 8μ/mm2
