描述了黄麻纤维的特性。为降低黄麻/棉混纺纱线的刚度,提高其可编织性,分别采用纤维素酶、果胶酶、木聚糖酶对其处理,并进行了对比实验。通过对实验结果的分析,确定较佳的酶整理工艺。发现酶整理工艺降低了黄麻/棉混纺纱的刚度,提高了可编织性。
The characteristics of jute fiber are described. Jute has some drawbacks like harshness and stiffness that requires some chemical treatments to make them soft snd flexible. Enzyme treatment on jute/cotton blended yarns can minimize the drawbacks. Jute/cotton blended yarns are treated with cellulose, pectolase and xylan separately. The mechanical properties of the treated and the unteated jute/cotton blended yarns are tested and compared. The enzyme treatment is found to improve the softness of the material.
